Manufacturing process

1. Picking raw materials

Carefully select the most advanced materials from all over the world, from the selection of plant raw materials, production areas, varieties, planting climate, extraction process, etc. After inspection and manual screening, we use the strictest attitude to control each raw material of handmade soap.

2. Temperature adjustment

Handmade soap is formed by saponification of "oil" and "alkali". Before preparing for production, we must adjust the temperature of all raw materials to achieve a uniform temperature to ensure the integrity of the saponification reaction.

3. Raw material mixing

Carefully add "oil" and "alkali" to the pot. This is dangerous in the process of making soap and requires very careful steps. Special care must be taken when using sodium hydroxide to avoid contact with human skin

4. Stirring

We control the temperature below 42 °C throughout the whole process, and after a long period of time, the ingredients are tightly combined to make the texture of each handmade soap more detailed.

5. Injection mold

When the handmade soap reaches the optimum concentration, we fill it into a special mold. Well-designed molds allow the saponification reaction to be complete and smooth, and slowly form a solid soap.

6. Demoulding

After a few days, the appearance of the handmade soap looks solid, but in fact it is as soft as clay. At this time, we must carefully remove the heavy mold for the handmade soap by hand.

7. Soap Cutting

After one week, after the surface was slightly dry, the handmade soap began to enter the cutting stage. We put the soap on the exclusive cutting equipment designed by Ada`s Soap, and the specifications of each soap are equal.

8. First Maturation Stage

The freshly cut handmade soap contains high moisture and the surface is smooth and sticky. At this time, we have to arrange the handmade soap neatly, and send it to the naturally air-dried dark room for rest, waiting for the handmade soap surface to dry.

9. Surface Trimming

Next is the complicated manual work to manually trim the sharp right angle of each handmade soap, so that the handmade soap can be used more smoothly.

10. Maturation Stage

Next, put the surface-trimmed handmade soap into the darkroom and wait patiently for a ripening period of 45 to 60 days.

11. Surface Wiping

At this point, the handmade soap is almost finished, we must wipe the small scum in the production process by hand, print the Ada's LOGO, and carry out quality management at each step through different manual processes.

12. Examine

The handmade soap to be finished must be tested for product. Handmade soap carefully prepared in each step, of course, must have good quality, quality control, and represent our goodwill.

13. Packaging

After each step of inspection, we then applied the exclusive moisture-proof packaging to the handmade soap bag, marking and date on each handmade soap.

14. Done

[Hot Process Method]The basic principle is to speed up the production process by allowing the water in the soap to completely evaporate using the temperature of 80 to 85 degrees. Advantages: Fast manufacturing and long shelf life of soap.

Disadvantages: The high temperature of manufacture causes the natural ingredients of the raw material easily destroyed.

MP-Melt & Pour Method.

Made from chemical synthetic raw materials.

Simple process and fast production.

The soap structure is loose and fragile.
